Ruby

I picked up the lights from Ann last night, wow, they are nice! I am so glad that she was parting with them. I've been wanting lights for months and now I finally have them. I was able to use it on today's shoot for Ruby. Ruby and I planned this shoot for over 4 months but never had a chance to meet up until now. The lights came in handy since the weather was not really cooperating today. My studio was too dark to even attempt shooting natural light. I always prefer to shoot with natural light, natural light in my opinion yields the best skin tone.

We started the shoot first thing in the morning to take advantage of the morning light (whatever is out there). Ruby brought many of her outfits over and we didn't even know where to start! Ruby is a very styling girl so she has her outfits all picked out AND her accessories all aligned. The shoot finished without a hitch. She was a champ!

Ruby is such a ham in front of the camera. She is such a natural. Look at how pretty she is!
