Sometimes I forget that today is also my day as a father. It is so wonderful to be a father of my 2 lil' guys. There are times that they just drive you up the wall, but most of the time, the joy of having them with me is indescribe-able. There's a saying "you won't understand the feeling unless you are a parent yourself"...is so so true. I am soo0 blessed to have these 2 lil' fellows. They bring balance to my life.
Also today is the first Father's Day without my dad here with me. I miss him. I miss having him around. My father left us last July. It is almost a year...how time flies.
It is such a blessing to have your family with you. Reach out to your dad and tell him (or show him) how special he is to you!
