Vancouver Trip

I am back from a few days having fun at Vancouver BC. I was lucky that the weather was pretty sunny throughout the 4 days I was there. I heard from my god-sister that it snowed the day I left! woo hoo! Although it was sunny, the high was around 34 degrees and the low was around 29, it was cold!! brrrr.....

Vancouver is extremely beautiful. With the cascade mountains in the background, the city skyline lights up. The contrast between the nature (mountain) and the urban (city) makes it a beautiful city to visit/see (just not in the winter ... heh).

I try to visit this city once a year. My god-family lives in Vancouver for over 25 years. They are pretty much the pilgrims of Vancouver. My god-sister Christina and I knew each other since birth. We are still very close and kept in touch throughout the years.

The food in Vancouver is superb. Especially their Hong Kong style chinese food. My god! If you love food, you would LOVE it there. Sometimes I even forget that I am in Canada! I could easily be in Hong Kong or somewhere in Southeast Asia. That is how authentic the food is.
