Gene, Ann, Jenny and I decided to meet up for Macworld 2008 at San Francisco Moscone Center. Each year, this event seems to get larger and larger in size. This time, they took over Moscone West and South. West side was mainly on Mac accessories while the south side was around software and hardware.
The exhibit hall was filled with Mac enthusiasts. Everyone seems to have an iPhone, Mac Book or something that is Mac. My goal was to take a look at the latest and greatest Mac Book Air. I have always wanted to upgrade my Mac Pro laptop but have been sitting on the sideline waiting for the next greatest thing. Also, I have been waiting for the 2nd generation iPhone.
Apple does an awesome job in creating the best looking, user friendly products. Steve Jobs really turned the company around BIG time. I still remember the days when Apple stock was in the tanker.
Here are some pictures that Jenny took of us at the Macworld:
Come on now!
Great little gadget huh. Only $50!
This is the best thing since sliced bread. The Drobo. I want one of these so I no longer have to worry about storage!
Haha...Gene trying on glasses size TV
This is a nice piece of equipment, but still a bit on the pricey side for what you get.
