Randhir and I used to work together at Yahoo!. OK OK OK, Randhir used to be my manager :) He was one of the best managers that I ever had. Not only does he teaches me what needs to be done, he was also very sensitive to my career growth. Randhir and I have always had a really special relationship. Not only are we co-workers, we were and still are great friends. I've known Randhir when he didn't have kids, and now he has two. I have had the honor to document his children's growth ever since they were born. These two are energetic, talkative and smart little kids (just like their dad *wink*).
