Today is Jen and Karl's Welcome BBQ for all of their guests. There are approximately 150 guests that came from all over the US to participate in this beautiful wedding off the coast of Playa de Carmen. The cozy welcome BBQ was held at the luxury hotel - The Tides's private beach where guests can relax in front of the teal blue sea. It is such a beautiful and romantic setting. Sigh...
OMG, the food was A-M-A-Z-ING!! From homemade on-the-spot-fresh-off-the-grill tortillas to custom-made ceviche, to bite size tostitas. YUM!!
