I received this awesome hand written note from Djhoanna and Richard today. I am so grateful to have kind/nice clients like them. All of my clients are great. I not only work with them, but I also try to build a relationship with them all. I always appreciate my clients giving me feedback, eventhough if the feedback is a negative one. I am always open to them! Hey, you'll never grow in your business if you don't listen and change right?! What I learned from the corporate world is that change is a must. Change is also a good thing. Although it maybe hard to adapt in the beginning, but overall, change is a positive measure.
